78 year old Frances Hudgins of Carlinville passed away February 14. Funeral services will be held Thursday (Feb 20) at 11:00am at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Carlinville. Burial will be in Prairie Lawn cemetery. Friends may call Thursday from 9:00am until the time of the service at the church. The Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville is in charge of arrangements.
