93 year old Garrett "Whitey" Frakes of Carlinville passed away April 17. Funeral services will be held Thursday (Apr 24) at Noon at Plainview Baptist Church. Burial will be in Shipman cemetery. Friends may call Thrusday from 10:00am until the time of the service at the church. The Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville is in charge of arrangements.
