87 year old Joseph "Joe" Welty of Carlinville passed away May 20. Funeral services will be held Friday (May 23) at 2:00pm at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Carlinville. The Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville is in charge of arrangements.
