84 year old Richard Philpott of Carlinville passed away May 20. Funeral services will be Tuesday (May 27) at 10:00am at Lunning Chapel in Burlington, Iowa. Burial will be in Burlington Memorial Park. Friends may call Tuesday from 9:00am until the time of the service at the Chapel. The Davis-Anderson Funeral Home in Carlinville is in charge of arrangements.
