70-year-old Harry Jackson of Taylor Springs, the Village’s longtime President/Mayor, passed away Saturday (September 13). A memorial service for 70-year-old Harry Jackson will be held Saturday (September 20) at noon at the Free Methodist Church in Hillsboro.   Visitation will be held Saturday 10 am to noon at the church. Hough Dean Funeral Home in Hillsboro is assisting the family.
