51 year old Brian Christopher Cushman of Jerseyville passed away September 11. A visitation will be held Friday )Sept 19) from 4-6pm at Crawford Funeral Home in Jerseyville. A Celebration of Life will be held at DJ'S Pub and Grill in Jerseyville following the visitation.
