79-year-old Shirley Brown Bettis of Girard, formerly of Waverly, passed away Friday April 3. Funeral services for 79-year-old Shirley Bettis will be held Thursday April 9 at 11 am at The Roads Church in Carlinville. Visitation from 9 to 11 at the church.  Burial will follow at Girard Cemetery.   Davis Anderson Funeral Home in Girard is in charge of arrangements.
