87-year-old  Paul Henry Poeling of Staunton passed away on Monday, August 31. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 12 at 11:30 AM at Zion Lutheran Church in Staunton.   Visitation will be from 9 to 11:30 AM at the church.  The services will be followed by military honors.  Williamson Funeral Home, Staunton, is in charge of arrangements. 

87-year-old Robert Wiley “Bob” Calvert of Hillsboro passed away on August 19 th , Cremation rites have been accorded.  A private burial will take place at Oak Grove cemetery. The family is hosting a Celebration of Life on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 4:00-7:00 pm, at the Challacombe House, Hillsboro. Hough-Dean Funeral Home is in charge of  arrangements.

80 year old Joseph Spencer of Litchfield, passed away Friday August 28.  Funeral services for 80 year old Joseph Spencer will be held Tuesday, September 8, at noon, at Plummer Funeral Home in Litchfield.  Visitation will be held Tuesday, September 8, from 10 am until noon at Plummer Funeral Home.
